All Patrons/Customers/Ticket Holders assume for themselves, as well as any/all minor children they are in charge of/responsible for, all risks and dangers incidental to attending this event.

All Patrons/Customers/Ticket Holders release the Enchanted Forest Renaissance Festival, Grainger Family LLC, Owner/Operator, Festival Management, Merchants/Vendors, Entertainment, Cast/Crew, Volunteers, Employees, Sponsors, Affiliates and/or their Kin (Family) of any and all liability including but not limited to personal injury, damage and/or theft of property.

All Patrons further consent to the use of their likeness, as well as any/all minor children they are in charge of/responsible for, incidental or primary to be used in any promotions, advertising, display transmissions and/or reproductions of the event. Patron has the right to request no pictures be taken of them or any minors with them.

Management reserves the right to ask for valid identification to avoid underage alcohol consumption, prevention of stolen property, security issues, safety concerns , and/or prize redemption. Refusal to prevent valid Identification can result in denial of entry and/or ejection from the event.

Management reserves the right to inspect all costumes, weapons, and props for safety.

Management reserves the right to ensure all animals in attendance with any Patrons/Customers/Ticket Holders, have vaccination records, are leashed, and not aggressive. Any animal guests that do not meet the criteria will be required to leave the event.

Management reserves the right to refuse service/admission or to eject a person for any reason at any time.
