If you have a living history group, and would like to set up your area in our forest, please let us know.  We have a limited number of reenactment encampment spaces available, but there are opportunities to make room for more.

The Enchanted Forest is always looking for ways to populate and bring our storybook village to life.  Come join our story as a volunteer member of our fairy tale cast!
 

Would you rather be "on stage" rather than part of the technical crew?  Audition to become part of our performing cast and help bring our fairy tale forest to life!  Roles range from members of the Royal Court to simple villagers, or you could become a mythical character from your favorite fairy tale.

Cast members are provided with free camping space, lunches each Festival day, and the chance to make great memories and friendships. We could not do what we do without our community of magic makers, dreamer, and doers who come together in the Enchanted Forest. Come join our story!

The Enchanted Forest is always looking for ways to expand our community. Come join our story as a volunteer member of our groundskeeping crew!

The Enchanted Forest comes to life every year due solely efforts of our amazing volunteer community. We have a core belief at Mid-Michigan Renaissance Festival that it is our purpose to provide a safe, fun, and interactive family-friendly event able to fit within even the smallest budget. Keeping that core belief as our guide, we depend on our community of volunteers to assist with a myriad of endeavors, whether those be pre- and/or post-Festival activities, both hands-on (such as construction, physical improvements, or gardening) and/or promotional (walking parades or handing out flyers).

In addition, volunteers are invited to become members of On-site Festival Crew during the run of the event. Members of the On-site Festival Crew are provided with free camping space, lunches each Festival day, and the chance to make great memories and friendships. We could not do what we do without our community of magic makers, dreamer, and doers who come together in the Enchanted Forest. Come join our story!
